How Insurance & Membership Work Together
All clinical services—including things like in-home primary care visits, care coordination, telehealth, and vaccinations—are billed to your insurance carrier according to standard billing practices. Your annual fee supports comprehensive care support, convenience, and additional non-billable benefits but does not cover insurance-billable clinical services.
